Why e.g. Germany is hesitating to give permission or provide weapons is incomprehensible!
If the megalomaniac and war criminal Putin the Terrible should then indeed use e.g. tactical nuclear weapons in retaliation, then Western countries and the Ukraine will have to deal with this situation. Thus use of tactical nuclear weapons by Russia would certainly present a very serious escalation!
