Bad and consequential news! Hopefully, this decision will be appealed before the U.S. Supreme Court!
This smells of judicial activism!
Just because someone declares something about one's identity does not make it a medical necessity! It is foremost in many cases a personal choice. Where is this going to end?
What if I declare I am a gourmet and a high roller thus I need daily exquisite gourmet food and lot's of money to gamble at the local casino? Will my employer have to cover this too?
Caveat: I am not familiar with the case.
