Yes, it is extremely difficult to protect the civilian population as best as possible in a densely populated urban area like the Gaza Strip and when the coward and reckless enemy uses the civilian population and infrastructure to hide and attack.
On the other hand, why does the civilian population of the Gaza Strip not demand that Hamas and other terrorists surrender immediately? The war would instantly be over and reconstruction with the help of Israel would immediately begin.
Israel is not really responsible when e.g. humanitarian aid for the Gaza Strip is plundered by local perpetrators. It is another sign of how failed the government of the Gaza strip is!
However, latest since Ramadan ended on April 9th, the IDF should have moved faster!
