I might be wrong, but this has been reported multiple times over the last several decades!
Nothing new! This has been reported again by various studies over the past 50 years or so!
What is particular curious here though is that it was not explicitly mentioned that white girls are more affected than girls of other skin colors. Had it been black American girls they would have said so! Look at the convoluted description below!
