China likely sending military personnel into US via e.g. southern border

Reminds me a bit of the Trojan Horse! Or is this a chapter or paragraph from Sun Tzu's The Art of War?  

If confirmed and significant, then this is certainly concerning! Is this an escalation in the resumption of the Cold War between China and the US?

How many saboteurs does it take to wreak havoc in the US?
