Good idea to sue the responsible managers instead of the failed bank! Hopefully, this lawsuit succeeds and the managers will be punished!
The recent failure of one of the top financial institutions of the world raised eyebrows! It did not look good on Switzerland except for the government sponsored very fast takeover by UBS in March 2023.
