Update: Chief Justice Roberts orders Marshal of the Court to investigate leaked draft opinion on abortion
When judges have to live in fear of their decision even before they have published it. This is totally unacceptable and very dangerous!
If there was indeed a leak at the U.S. Supreme Court of the initial draft of a pending decision, then Chief Justice Roberts should investigate immediately if an employee or other person was involved!
The perpetrator should be facing severe criminal charges and sentencing! If the leaker is treated with lenience, perhaps the next crime to happen is an attempt on the life of a U.S. Supreme Court justice by a deranged person aroused by all the propaganda and demagoguery surrounding this decision!
Political activists at the highest court can not be tolerated!
According to news reports, there are already protesters at the building of the U.S. Supreme Court putting pressure on the justices! This is outrageous!
Apparently, the demented and senile 46th President is weighing in on a leaked pending decision by the SCOTUS. Outrageous!!!
