Meena is Google's attempt at making true conversational AI

Amazing stuff! Multi-turn conversations perhaps up to 20 minutes with AI! Until now multi-turn conversations over extended period of time have been one of the holy grails of AI. At least two well known, highly cited Google researchers worked on this, i.e. Quoc V. Le & Minh-Thang Luong.

Meena is Google's attempt at making true conversational AI | VentureBeat: Google today introduced Meena, a neural network that claims to handle multiturn conversational dialogue better than other AIs and nearly as good as humans.
