Very recommendable! You got to love Rudy Giuliani! He does not mince words at all! I remember very well when then mayor of New York city Giuliani declined significant money donations from Arab gulf states in the aftermath of September 11! Giuliani was perhaps the best mayor of NYC in the past 50 years or so!
