Why don't the Arabs of Gaza Strip and West Bank permanently move to the Sinai peninsula?

This could possibly solve a lot of issues! Just a suggestion!

Make the desert bloom with the help of Israel and Arab countries!

Since the heinous October 7th massacre, this might be the best solution!

P.S. Unfortunately, Arab countries are using the Gaza Strip/West Bank Arabs as pawns against Israel!
