Chart of the day: How not to do a chart!

 There is plenty wrong with following chart (see also my related blog post here):

1. The money amounts are not shown on top of the bars
2. The Y scale should have been in $5b or at most $10b increments and not $20b increments (Hint: Some of the smallest bars are around $5b)
3. The average per year should have been shown as a reference
