"A Brazilian suspected of murder in his home country was arrested by U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement operatives in Martha’s Vineyard.

Members of ICE Boston’s Enforcement and Removal Operations arrested Hiago Ornela-Da Silva, 31, of Brazil, Thursday in Edgartown. ...

Ornela-Da Silva has been wanted since February of last year as a homicide suspect out of a criminal court in Barra de Sao Francisco, in the southeastern Brazilian state of Espirito Santo, according to ICE information. ..."
