Bad news! Concerning! The high number is possibly inflated. I did not have the time to double check the claims of this organisation.

The organisation Parents Defending Education does not appear to explain how they define "Transgender/Gender Nonconforming Policies" and whether they confirmed in each case whether indeed parents are not being notified according to policy or in practice.
