This or similar headlines were repeated again and again over the past several days or so. I have serious doubts.
Even if it were true, production can probably ramped up in no time if necessary!
Who are these "sources" or better leakers? What are their motives or who pays them to leak? Putin the Terrible, China?
Are these leakers trying to signal to China it is time to invade Taiwan as was suggested?
