President Trump’s team is feuding over what happened to the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, vandalism or poor workmanship etc.

This does certainly not reflect well on the United States Attorney for the District of Columbia Jeanine Pirro (age 75).

From 2008 to 2022, Ms. Pirro was a TV personality, not a prosecutor! When her nomination as AG was announced in 2025, I could not believe it. Perhaps, a mistake by President Trump?

How long ago was the claimed, poor pool renovation relative to the alleged vandalism? Perhaps it was both poor workmanship and vandalism? Can this not be distinguished with current forensic methods?

"Trump rebuked U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Jeanine Pirro after she dropped her effort to prosecute a former Olympic athlete for alleged vandalism to the pool, challenging her conclusion that a “botched installation” during a renovation had damaged it. Interior Secretary Doug Burgum also criticized Pirro, turning the disagreement into a public feud within the administration."
