The Pueblo Grande Museum in Phoenix, Arizona, was renamed to S'edav Va'aki Museum Museum on March 23, 2023, according to the City of Phoenix. (Source).
I think it was a stupid idea by the City of Phoenix to go from an easy to understand and attractive simple name to something difficult to pronounce name to please some ideologues or other peculiar interests! I would like to know how the visitor numbers changed from before and after renaming.

However this street sign pointing to the nearby museum still remains the same as of 6/17/2025. Distance to museum an estimated 0.2 of a mile. Location of sign: North-west corner of the intersection of S 44 St/Washington St.
