Gender dysphoria to please parent's euphoria? What parent's sometimes do for fame and reputation (or other ulterior motives), abuse their children!

This is a rare example of a transgender male! Why are transgender males so rare compared to transgender females?

I have little doubt that some irresponsible parents abuse gender dysphoria/transgenderism as a way to gain reputation and fame at the expense of their children.

I bet much of the transgenderism is a mania or a fad of our time. Like others before it comes and goes.

Unfortunately, the article below seems to be a sort of a serious hodge podge as the changed title too indicates.

Her son wears dresses, her daughter’s a ‘boy,’ and it’s all for status (behind paywall) "The gluten craze didn’t leave scars. This social contagion will — especially for the children being raised in its wake by delusional adults like ‘Marsha.’"
