I bet it was not meritocracy! The recent decisions of the US Supreme Court seem to have shone a new light on the qualification of Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson.

She was nominated by the senile, demented, and corrupt 46th President. A very bad sign! Maybe one day we will find out more about his nomination.
She was apparently groomed by President Obama! A bad sign!
What were the criteria for her nomination in order of priority? Let me guess:
- It had to be a black female judge
- She had to be leftist/progressive
- [your guess is as good as mine 😊]
According to Google AI search result as of today (Notice how Google follows leftist indoctrination): "There are 59 Black women among the 1,409 sitting Article III federal judges in the United States, according to the American Bar Association. This represents 4% of all federal judges. The vast majority (52) of these judges were appointed by Democratic presidents."
I bet in 2022, when Ms. Brown was nominated, there were even fewer qualified black female judges then there are today.
In conclusion, the Dimocratic Party has recklessly and irresponsibly shrunk the pool qualified judges to be nominated!
Last, but not least Ms. Brown became a Justice at age 51 when she was confirmed in 2022. Thus, she will be around for long time assuming good health etc.
"There is hope! Once in her new office and cooperating with the other Justices, she will learn to fully appreciate the U.S. Constitution and American Exceptionalism. Even better, if she leaves any leftist or other ideological garbage she might harbor especially regarding skin color behind!"
I am afraid, my hope was disappointed three years later!
