Ukrainian defense minister pushes for direct one-on-one meeting between Zelensky and Putin

What would be the outcome of such a head to head meeting between a professional comedian (Zelensky) and a megalomaniac and war criminal (Putin the Terrible)?

One of the conditio sine qua non for peace: Russia must immediately return all invaded and occupied areas to Ukraine (incl. Crimea).
