What kind of a hardliner or weirdo is Dmitry Medvedev? He was the predecessor (2008-2012) to Putin the Terrible and is the current Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia since 2020!

Has he become a mouthpiece/henchmen of Putin the Terrible? You bet! The Wikipedia article on him portrays him as sort of moderate and as a reformer trying to improve relations with the West.
