Very recommendable! The foremost culprit is Dr. Jill Biden who was feeding pills to her husband before public appearances. We the People still do not know what kind of pills he is taking! Most of the other main culprits were given high positions in the administration.
Former President Obama knew very well about Biden's condition, but kept silent! This adds to his already lousy legacy!
