What is wrong with that? There is only one official language. Most traffic signs are in English language and so forth. I bet, you can get a translated version on the Internet or elsewhere.
Utah only offers driver exams in English for many immigrants. A proposed law would change that. Driver tests in different languages are currently only reserved for refugees and those granted asylum.
