If it only was that simple! More nonsense from stupid and naive libertarians! In a very narrow sense this author is probably right!
How about potentially more addicted children? How about making it easier for drug addicts to receive prescribed opiates while they are in treatment etc.? How about more research in immunizing or treating drug addicts so they can resist taking drugs (I recently blogged here about it)? Here is my blog post on the decriminalization of psychoactive drugs.
