The residential home construction business across the U.S. is kind of a racketeering scheme by labor unions and local construction firms plus politicians like car dealerships! E.g. the frequent requirement of stick built is sure to make residential homes unnecessarily expensive when modular could be much cheaper!
It is a huge scandal and stain on the business of America is free business and free markets!
