Transgender Inmates to Be Housed Based on Gender Identity in California

If this law does not make a distinction what gender the criminal has identified before the crime was committed or before/during the legal proceedings, then this is lunacy! 

If I were a convicted criminal in California with a lengthy prison term I would immediately claim to be of female gender! I would also try to convince my heretofore fellow male inmates to follow along! Too much fun to pass up!

Will the female prisoners of California please protest!

Apparently, pretty boy Governor Newsom has no common sense and has no presidential ambitions otherwise he surely would have opted to veto this bill!
