Good news! Bravo! Men accused of such crimes appear often to be prejudged given circumstances or sympathy with the victim etc.
All men should thank Mr. Sabatini for his courage and determination! Hopefully, his example will encourage other men wrongly accused of sexual harassment to be more on the offensive.
There are constantly news articles, almost daily, published about women alleging or suing over a man having committed sexual assault or sexual harassment, but I see only very few articles about the outcomes of such suits. Here is an exception!
However, will this man ever gain his pre allegation reputation back! How will his future career path be affected by this allegation?
P.S. I am not familiar with the details of this case.
"Biologist David Sabatini, whose prominent career unraveled 5 years ago after an investigation found he had violated sexual harassment policies, scored a major victory on 16 October when a Massachusetts jury awarded him $6 million—plus interest—in damages in his defamation case against Kristin Knouse, a former colleague at the Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research. ..."
