Abortion should be prevented as much as is possible (e.g. by contraceptives, abstinence), except for medical reasons, incest, or criminal sexual acts. Legal abortion should be limited to early pregnancy.

Three similar bills were introduced in Indiana, North Dakota and Oklahoma but failed to pass in committee or on the floor of the legislature. ..."
