What is going on between Trump and Zelensky?
Does Trump know things about Zelensky that we don't?
Presumably, Trump criticizes Zelensky for not having tried harder to negotiate a peace/ceasefire with Putin the Terrible or even prevent the invasion by Russia.
Fact is that Russia invaded the Ukraine and occupies vast areas including the Crimea since 2014 despite an agreement between Russia and the Ukraine of 1991, i.e. the Budapest Memorandum, to secure the territorial integrity of the Ukraine.
Fact is that Putin the Terrible has suffered enormous casualties and loss of military material in the war so far. His advances in the Ukraine have essentially been stopped. Ukraine has successfully attacked and occupied a small part of Russia. Putin the Terrible looks like a loser!
