What are the prejudices and biases of this Jamaican professor? I suspect this professor is a one trick pony:

Mr. Keon West is probably one of the few researchers, who created a Google Scholar profile including his title with his name next to it, i..e. professor. His citation count is dismally low and very unimpressive!
