Good news, if it turns out to be correct and if he indeed will be prosecuted!
However, Fauci retired just in time and he is now 84 years old. All he has to do is find a doctor who attests that he is too old to stand trial. Not a difficult task one would assume.
I guess, if Fauci gets caught again lying under oath he could be prosecuted despite the pardon that applies only to the past!
