Victor Davis Hanson also just implied such an outcome (see my blog post here), but this same thought has also crossed my mind some time ago.
The 46th President clearly failed his great opportunity to go down in history as a great president as he did not resign early for health reasons (like e.g. the German Pope Benedikt). I suppose he did not want to disappoint his longtime partner in crime Dr. Jill to be indulging her status as the First Lady (Caution: Satire).
However, with clowns as leaders such as the also meanwhile senile and reckless U.S. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (age 76, Senator since 1999) and the inexperienced and unimpressive U.S. House of Representatives Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (one of those selected because of Firsts and not merit) this is not assured.
Currently, the Dimocratic Party is still doing everything in their power to risk a secession in 2024! When will the Donkeys come to their senses before it is too late!
If common sense and a sense for political survival still exists and manages to prevail in the Dimocratic Party they would be well advised to get rid of the lifetime pathological liar and senile, demented and corrupt 46th President as if this global disaster never happened. A new beginning for the Democratic Party is urgently in order!
