Blinken is another shady character in the Administration of the senile, demented and corrupt 46th President.
Any individual with character would have long resigned and preferred not to be any longer part of the administration of the 46th President. Same same goes for the other members of this administration and the press secretary and the Vice President Mistress Kamala!
However, in this rare instance he actually said it quite well!
