Another example of propaganda and demagoguery!
Health care in the U.S. is very complex, e.g. 50 states, many different minorities, tens of millions of illegal immigrants, rural versus urban areas and more.
One can also expect that e.g. native American or Amish/Mennonite pregnant women do not get the same care as others living in the U.S.. Some medical care also depends on lifestyle and other life choices.
Of course it had to be racialized! Probably, non white illegal immigrants do not visit doctors or hospitals as legal citizens do or are being mistreated as well.
"Women of color reported even higher rates: About 40% of Black and multiracial women reported discrimination because of race and ethnicity, income, and type of health insurance, reports the New York Times.
Mothers in these groups face the highest maternal mortality rates in the US. ...
Common mistreatments of the 2,400 women surveyed, per USA Today:
Health concerns ignored or dismissed: 9.7% [very common with many non-pregnant individuals who see a doctor or visit a hospital]
Being shouted at or scolded: 6.7%
Physical privacy violated: 5.1% [probably also very common in a medical environment like a hospital]"
