My impression is that all these traditional, classical military offensive or strategy analysis with maps and so forth does not really apply any more to a war in the digital and drone age. The report also failed to mention the use or not use of e.g. cluster bombs. The offensive carried out by the Ukraine hint at new military tactics & strategies unseen in any war before.
