Lousy journalism again! Looting was common among many different peoples throughout history! Perhaps some of the looted items would not even exist anymore had not Western colonizers put them away safely in museums. Plus, we have learnt so much about some of items.
Perhaps some of these returned looted items were looted by the owners before Western colonizers took them away and so on ...
