It appears this is one of the war strategies of the Ukraine, probably supported by Western intelligence, to kill any high ranking Russian military on Ukrainian territory.
It is basically a very effective area denial for Russian high ranking military officers! E.g. any Russian general will now think twice before entering the territory of the Ukraine.
When will the Russian people finally oust the last czar and megalomaniac war criminal!
