I have not looked at the details of this proposed law! The proposal appears to be focused on government child support for the mother to be and when it starts.
This proposal seems to be supported by at least 7 GOP Senators.
This proposal seems to be a dubious idea! In the battle of the sexes, this would give women a lot of leverage! As long as there are no better contraceptives for men than condom or vasectomy one should be cautious here.
