Recently, I have been shopping for a better phone plan. The big carriers like Verizon, TMobile, and ATT don't cut for me although I have been a longtime customer of TMobile.
Great that wireless services like Mint Mobile (a so called mobile virtual network operator) with fairly reasonable plans and pricing exist. Their business model (e.g. no stores) makes a lot of sense. The underlying network is TMobile.
However, it seems they offer only up to 5 GB of hotspot data per month. Well, I live and die with a hotspot. My laptop is connected to it all day long. I use about 50 GB or easily more per month.
