Recently, I read a few articles like this one titled “Multivitamins Are a Waste of Money, Doctors Say” on Scientific American.
Like A Fashion Or A Fad
Every so often scientists or doctors present the public with their findings that vitamin supplements are a boon or other times they are a bane. Lay readers are left puzzled. Is this just done with their publicity in their mind?
In my opinion, unless you are eating extremely nutritious, diversified and balanced meals almost every day, you might be better off long term to supplement your food with modest doses of vitamins, minerals etc.
