Marco Rubio said Monday the alliance will have to be “re-examined” after several countries blocked U.S. operations during the Iran conflict. Spain, among others, reportedly refused to allow American use of its airspace and bases—decisions that didn’t just signal disagreement, but actively limited what the U.S. could do. ..."
