It is probably a good idea to keep the European Union so far out of this! The EU had more than 3 years to bring peace about, but failed!
Russia has to give up all occupied territory of the Ukraine including the Crimean Peninsula! Otherwise let Russia lose this war and finally get rid of Putin the Terrible!
