Concerning? How serious is this new trend (if it is a trend)? How long has the trend been going on? How much is alarmism and hysteria?

How many Chinese scientists are still looking forward to come to a Western country to work, study, and teach?

Or is this just part of the normal, ongoing interchange of scientists between geographical locations?

Maybe some of these scientists returning to China will be disappointed and eagerly return to the West in the near future or after President Trump's second term! 😊 China is still a communist dictatorship!
