Men that don't have a vagina, uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries shall not participate in women's sports unless the female athletes allow for it. Being able to give birth will not be required.
By the time a male athlete has completed all these changes (aka gender affirming care), he will be too old to compete or his athletic prowess is gone! Caution: satire!
The other solution would be sports events for transgender females/males only! First comers will easily win titles and medals! 😊
