Maybe the Danes are on to something! Longer life expectancy and better health make it possible in most Western countries to raise the retirement age. I bet old age health will improve more in coming years.
Middle income earners can easily save enough money to retire earlier anyway.
Birth rates below the replacement rate for years may force drastic solutions.
