Just purchased a new laptop computer. According to UPS it was shipped from China.
On the day of delivery, I did not receive any new updates of the delivery other than it is out for delivery as of this morning 9 AM and it will be delivered between 11:30 AM and 3:30 PM.
This is not good enough in this day and age! It is now 11:15 and I still have not received a more precise delivery time update.
Very disappointing!
P.S. However, UPS actually delivered at around 11:30 AM. Thus at the earliest estimated time, which is good.
