What a laughable narrative! But it is being spread far and wide repeatedly by numerous media outlets! What a wishful thinking! Or what did they smoke?
First and foremost, it is much too early to draw such conclusions!
Second, the US has resumed its military support for the Ukraine with already devastating results for the Russian military. Precision strikes against high value Russian targets resumed guided by superior US reconnaissance!
