Recent news reports of the killer's strange behavior in public definitely suggests that this killer (who shot his victim in the back) could be trying to go for a plea of "not guilty by reason of insanity" (NGRI).

But is he insane or is he clever? If he is clever, I hope the jury is not falling for his insanity playbook.
