It means by which a lifelong pathological and serial liar and senile, demented and corrupt (still not impeached and unindicted) 46th President and his henchmen/henchwomen/henchtransgenders attempt to be reelected by any means necessary!
It is turning the U.S. into a banana republic for all the world to see! The damage to the reputation of the U.S. as the leader of the free world is enormous!
