Yesterday, I was driving our car to go shopping in our neighborhood. It all happened on the busy traffic North Tatum Boulevard.
First, while driving along this road, I saw a middle aged man standing on the side walk and peeing in public. He did not bother at all to face away from the street or make any effort to pee in the bushes or other less conspicuous ways. You could clearly see the arc of his pee splashing roughly on the middle of the sidewalk.
Second, a short moment later, I saw another, younger man walking along the sidewalk. When I was about to pass him with our car, he suddenly made a turn sideways toward the road and he very quickly moved towards the rim of the sidewalk. As if he attempted to instantly cross the road without looking for traffic first. In a split second, I hit the breaks very hard to avoid hitting this man.
I do not remember ever having witnessed two such consecutive instances in my life. One at a time maybe and extended periods apart.
P.S. I do not drive around very often.
