To ponder:

1. It is a several decades old question in Western constitutional and open society democracies governed by the rule of law is whether protesters/demonstrators in public spaces should be allowed to wear face coverings to hide their identity?
2. Is this acceptable or not?
3. Perhaps if any public protest or demonstration becomes violent, involves attacks on police officers or other individuals, and/or causes damages such a ban should automatically apply
